I found myself alone in Meijer reading the ingredients on labels. When did this happen? The change was a very slow burn, but I am so grateful to be inspired to take 100 percent responsibility for my own health by using food as proper nutrition and fuel. The long journey started with my daughter, Bobby Brundage, taking the necessary steps for high level athletic performance. This lead to her seeking out professional help with Mary Vance and achieving very positive results. A few years later, Dawn Cooper hired Mary for help. This relationship inspired her to achieve life balance in fitness, nutrition, and mental strength. I remember a statement from Mary when we hired her to give us, and our family, a group nutrition overview. Mary Vance has been coaching me for 11 months. I have learned so much and changed so much as a result of her guidance. After working with Mary Vance for two years I think it would be impossible to summarize everything I have learned.
